I am not getting the cover image in the dashboard.

You might have faced the issue of the cover image that does not appear in the Dashboard. This tutorial is definitely going to help you out with simple and easy steps:

STEP 1:

First, we will create 2 to 3 classrooms to understand this cover image issue. So, please click on CREATE CLASSROOM.



STEP 2:

Give a suitable TITLE to your classroom and give DESCRIPTION.

Creating a Classroom Title is all about adding the subject that you are going to cover.

DESCRIPTION field is about writing what topic will be covered under the subject.



STEP 3:

Next please click on the CREATE ROOM tab.



STEP 4:

Now similarly, following the same process as shown above-- we will create two more classrooms. You can see below we have created two more classrooms and in total, now we have four classrooms created.



STEP 5:

Now, we will click on LEARNING BIOLOGY classroom.



STEP 6:

Now please Update the cover photo and add icon for your classroom to bring essential content to the point.



STEP 7:

Now you can see we have updated the cover and added the icon for our classroom. Similarly, now please follow the same process and also update the cover image and add an icon to all the classrooms you created.



STEP 8:

You can find below that We have updated the cover photo and added an icon for all classrooms we created so far.



STEP 9:

Now click on VISIT YOUR SITE to see whether a learner can see these updated covers and icons. Visit your site enables you to see it from the learner's side.



STEP 10:

We can see now that the cover photo of our classrooms we updated is not visible here. This is because the home page shows only the added ICON of our classroom and the cover photo will not be visible.



STEP 11:

To view the COVER IMAGE of your classroom, you will need to click on MY LIBRARY as indicated in the below screenshot.



STEP 12:

Now you can see that we are able to see the updated cover photo of our classroom.
