Schedules are simply batches. The Schedule feature helps you share sessions across classrooms, keep your sessions organized, restrict access to sessions for certain users in the classroom via Tags.

For instance if one Classroom requires five different batches for its learners, then all you need to do is create five different Schedules using the Schedule tab. To help you understand a little further, Schedule can also be used to bring different batches for a Combined Live Class.

Schedules
Click Classrooms tab from the sidebar
Select the classroom where you want the schedule to be created
Next click Schedules
Click on Create Schedule to generate a schedule.



Notes

Each Schedule created identifies a session or group of sessions assigned to that particular schedule (batch). Schedules are created to segregate and maintain groups of instructors, users, and sessions easily for Classrooms.

If learners for a classroom are differentiated based on time availability then Schedule can be created accordingly.
