Live online classes are classes organized in a live virtual meeting room where students and teachers meet together to communicate with voice, video, whiteboard. Live online classes require students and instructors to be online at the same time. Meetings and lectures occur at the same hour.

BENEFITS OF STARTING A LIVE CLASS:

-- This allows the students to attend live online classes in the comfort of their home.

-Live online classes allow interaction with your students through chats and comments, which helps to make the class more dynamic, encourages debate and allows immediate answers to questions. Using a simple messaging system, those watching can interact with the teacher and other viewers.

The following steps guide you to schedule and start a live class:

STEP 1:

Please Click on any CLASSROOM.



STEP 2:

Next please click on the '**SCHEDULE'** tab**.**



STEP 3:

Now you can see two options appearing as SINGLE SCHEDULING and BULK SCHEDULING.



STEP 4:

At first, we will have a look at the BULK SCHEDULE. So please click on the CREATE BULK SCHEDULE tab.

Note: A bulk schedule is done when you can't plan individually and have a pre-decided plan to set up many sessions on a daily basis dedicated for your students. So it means, you have to schedule your bulk sessions for a certain number of days.

You can easily schedule bulk sessions at the click of a button.



STEP 5:

Next please write your SESSION NAME and also attach a short DESCRIPTION of the SESSION.

A session name can be the subject you want to cover for your students.

A short description can be about a precise note about the subject.



STEP 6:

Please give START DATE AND END DATE for YOUR ONLINE SESSION.



STEP 7:

Please SET START TIME and END TIME of your session and set sessions as per your requirement.



STEP 8:

Now you can have a review of your sessions on DAILY, WEEKLY AND MONTHLY under the Bulk Schedule.



STEP 9:

Next please click on the '**GENERATE SCHEDULE**' tab.



STEP 10:

You can alternatively use the SINGLE SCHEDULE option when you just have one session to schedule.

To do so, please click on SCHEDULE A SESSION.

Note: A single schedule is done when you don't have a schedule for a certain number of days.



STEP 11:

Next, please write your SESSION NAME and fix a short DESCRIPTION about your SESSION.



STEP 12:

Next, please set the DATE, START TIME and END TIME of your session.



STEP 13:

Please click on UPLOAD MATERIAL to provide the reference material for that particular session**.** Reference Materials are handy when you want to share worksheets with your students**.**



STEP 14:

To save all the things that you have entered so far, please click on the SAVE tab.



STEP 15:

Next, please click on the VISIT YOUR SITE to view it as a learner or you can also log in with learner credentials.



STEP 16:

Click on the RESUME tab to go further with the steps.



STEP 17:

Now please click on the MEET tab.



STEP 18:

Now you can finally see the session created over here.



NOTE:

-The learners' can view the sessions for the day in their dashboard as soon as they log in.

- The learners will have access to both classroom level calendars(MEET option)

and global calendars detailing the live online sessions across classrooms.
