Go to each Classroom's Settings tab that has the respective label.
In Classroom labels, detach the label's tag.
Note: As soon as the label is removed from the assigned classroom , the label will not show that classroom under it.

Remove Category from Classrooms

Below you can see that label is not displaying with the classroom 'Learning is Fun'
Click on Dashboard icon and click Classrooms tab.
We Clicked on the Label Grade 3-4 and you cam see that Learning is Fun classroom has been removed from that folder.
